A Better Mail Service has been in operation since 1986. It has provided the residents of Ascension Parish with quality business & personal services since its inception. A Better Mail Service, LLC is now owned and operated by Charles & Karen Hatcher. The Hatchers have been residents of Ascension Parish since 1992. Charles was the pastor of the Pentecostals of Ascension from 1992 until his retirement in 2009. Karen has owned and operated Notary Solutions of Louisiana since 2009. Karen has been the president of the Gonzales Committee on Cultural Affairs since 2010. Charles & Karen Hatcher are committed to providing the same excellent service and care to the customers of A Better Mail Service as its previous owners.

Whitney has been with ABMS since 2016. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Ashley is a part-time employee who joined the team in August, 2018. She is also a coordinator for a foreign student exchange program.
